Getting it done right for you!
Hi! I am your new Fixer Tasker! I want to tell you a little about myself in hopes that you gain a sense of trust in me with your tasks. First, I am a family man who strives to live with integrity, to understand the needs of others, and to serve them well.
I have always enjoyed working with my hands and developed skills through hands-on methods. My career is fairly multifaceted: digital marketing, medical device research & development, semiconductor processing, music production and recording, audio technology, band guitarist, Spanish language instruction (Emory University OLLI), property maintenance and landscaping, beach lifeguard, and more. I have always enjoyed stepping back to appreciate the efforts that went into achieving a great final result! And I strive to ensure that those I serve feel that way about my work.
I have owned three homes and each provided opportunities to develop the knowledge and skills to maintain and repair them: structural elements, HVAC, carpentry, mounting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, Smart Home technologies, painting, and the list goes on!
Before owning homes, I worked on a house framing crew, and later, I worked alongsde a master carpenter to remodel a home in an affluent Atlanta community (West Paces Ferry area), and added rooms to homes and to a commercial business.
More recently, I have worked at the “big orange home improvement store” helping contractors, homeowners, and DIY’ers with their building needs: power tools, fasteners, door locks, hand tools, measurement tools, and accessories! The store had over 1 million product SKUs and 38,000 were in my department—one of the busiest!
My 20-year career in digital marketing led me to opportunities with high-profile companies, academic institutions, and organizations. I am accustomed to being part of, and managing, large projects and many task assignments. I have chosen fixing and tasking as a new income source. I hope you will consider me for your tasks!
